For optimal results and to maintain a healthy home environment, it’s recommended to have your home cleaned at least bi-monthly and your office every two days. However, high-trafficed offices may need more frequent cleaning. Give us a call and we will let you know.
Yes, we use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning solutions that are safe for pets and children. Our methods are designed to be effective while ensuring a safe environment for your loved ones. However, please let us know if you have any allergies to any cleaning chemicals that we be using. *If you do not disclose this to us when we do our intake, we cannot be held liable for any issue that may arise later.
Typically, an average home (2,400sqft) 3 bedrooms and 2 baths would take our team of two approximately 2 hours to complete a standard cleaning and 3 to 4 fo a deep cleaning. Extras such as oven cleaning, refrigeraor cleaning and make ready cleanings for move in and move outs are billed seperatly on an as needed basis. How dirty the home is will effect the amount of time necessary to clan it, but we ensure to minimize any inconveniences.
As far as commercial cleaning, we quote based on total sqft that needs to be cleaned and frequency. We also take into account the accesability and time of day that offices will need to be cleaned. Call us for more details.
Please be sure to place any pets in a kennel or area where they will not escape. We are not responsible for pets that are not put away when we arrive and escape out the door. We do not open draws or load/unload dishes unless instructed to and we have been told specifically where put items away. We vacuum around and/or under larger furniture. For liability reasons, our team cannot move anything from where it sits other than dining room chairs, barstools, and kitchen/bistro chairs.
We can get you in as soon as possible, typically less than a week, but we cannot guaratee to accomodate any "last-minute" requests. You can check with Celinda for our next availability.
